Holiday Survival Guide

For Parents of Neurodivergent Kids

When's the last time you actually enjoyed the holidays?

Holidays that didn't involve...

❌ Tons of meltdowns

❌ Constant worry

❌ Skipping events all together just to avoid the stress

What if you could navigate the holidays with confidence, calm, and have fun with your family?!

If this sounds like the kind of holiday season you’d love, this workshop is for you!

The holidays can be especially challenging for parents of neurodivergent kids—constant stimulation, sensory overload, unpredictable schedules…it can be a lot!

But with the right strategies, you can help your child (and yourself!) experience more joy and ease this season.

In this workshop, you’ll learn practical tips to:

🎄Create a holiday plan that supports your child’s unique needs and strengths

🎄Communicate boundaries with family and friends for a smoother holiday experience

🎄Anticipate and handle sensory overload so you can avoid the meltdowns

🎄Make time for meaningful moments, even in a busy season

🎄Build resilience and self-care practices that keep you going all season long

You’ll walk away with a game plan for handling...

✅ Changes in routine

✅ Hugs and kisses from relatives the kids barely remember

✅ Eating new foods

✅ Looooong drives and plane rides (even without wifi!)

✅ Big feelings that come up when the gift isn’t that awesome thing they wanted

🔥AND access to our private parent community to get support as you implement what you learn! 🔥

About Your Coach

Lianna Purjes is a therapist and neurodivergence coach helping adults and parents of neurodivergent kids navigate life in a neurotypical world. With master’s degrees in special education and clinical social work, plus almost 20 years of experience, she’s all about making life work for you—not the other way around.

Over the years, Lianna has worked with countless clients who were on the verge of giving up because they never got the tools they actually needed to succeed. It’s like going to the doctor for a sprained ankle and getting a toothbrush instead—great for cleaning your teeth, but not so helpful for walking.

Lianna understands that neurodivergent brains don’t thrive on cookie-cutter advice. Instead of handing you the same old “fixes” that don’t actually work, she’s here to give you real, practical tools that match your unique needs. No more feeling stuck—just the support you need to step confidently onto your own path and keep moving forward.
